Today I am continuing on with another home tour from the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. This was House #6 on the home tour by Summit Homes and was 7,200 square feet. I always love to see the latest trends in the home design world and it was fun to see similarities as we toured different houses. This particular home had A LOT of shades of blue and gray…
Exterior Paint Colors: Ash by Behr and White Dove by Benjamin Moore
Master Bedroom Paint Color – Coventry Gray by Benjamin Moore
Master Bath Paint Color: Classic Grey by Benjamin Moore
Guest Bedroom: Rain Drop by Sherwin-Williams
Boys Bedroom and Office Paint Color: Evening Hush by Behr
Kitchen Island and Butlers Pantry Cabinets: Kendall Charcoal by Benjamin Moore
Butlers pantries were in every house we saw and were basically kitchens behind the kitchen. Fully loaded with a sink, dishwasher, and tons of cabinet space.
Laundry Room: Stonington Gray by Benjamin Moore and Polo Blue (cabinets) by Benjamin Moore
Navy blue cabinets were very popular, especially in laundry rooms, and I loved this particular shade. Natalie from Designer Home Interiors did the cabinets and the island, I loved the colors she decided to use. Stonington Gray was also the main color for the upstairs.
Downstairs Paint Color: Classic Grey by Benjamin Moore
(this is the same color used in the main areas of this adorable yellow house)
What do you think? This was another large house (small compared to everything else) at 7,200 square feet and there were definitely more rooms, but today I just featured the rooms that had paint colors I thought you would enjoy. These houses tend to be a little overwhelming, even when looking at the pictures, but I hope you can get an idea of the overall color scheme. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
